Thermo Advice

The Maverick is the one most have here and I have heard good things about them. I don't own one yet but that will be the next one I get.

I have 2 therms now, just cheap ones I picked up at Target and Walmart for under $20 each. Just make sure when you wash them don't get water in where the wire goes into the probe.

I would like to have a Thermapen also but they are $90, right now I have a Taylor that I picked up at Publix grocery for $15. It works but it takes a little bit to get a final reading versus the 3 second reading of a Thermapen.

Maverick has a couple different models, the ET-732 is the one to get, they cost $60. There is a member here that sells them here is his website http://www.amazenproducts.com/
