New to the forum and smoking on small units... Been using large oil drum style cookers for years but thats a little much for just one pork shoulder so i went out and bought a Brinkmann smoke n grill yesterday. I was up at 6am and my temps are holding 240... Cant wait to see how the $38 smoker does !!
