........ a loaded upright smoker with a slab of BBB, cured brats and some southwestern hot links that i've been workin on!



the smoked brats after about 4 hrs.....


the hot links.........


everything turned out pretty good considering towards the end i thought man that stuff is smelin' pretty damn good.......hey wait a min.....they ain't supposed to smell THAT good.........i'm cold smokin'.......holy chit.......there's a FIRE.......run boy! run fat boy!



even put on a turkey for dinner in the SFB.....

Rob, morning....   mighty tasty lookin'.....  I was thinking there'd be a pic of feet up, steaming coffee, Arizona sunrise with a wisp of cuban smoke drifting through the shot somewhere....  I was ready for it..... honest....  Dave
