My name's Chip and I'm from Pittsburgh, PA. I am smoking my first meat, which happens to be a 6 lb pork shoulder, as I type this. The Master Forge double door is my weapon of choice. I got into smoking by mentioning to my wife how fun it is hanging out with my neighbor and knocking a few back while getting our smoke on, so when Christmas rolled around, I was pleasantly surprised. She said she did a bit of research so I'm assuming the MF is prenty decent for a noob. I gotta say, I had no clue what I was doing, aside from a few pointers here and there from said neighbor, but this place is amazing. What a wealth of knowledge!
