Hello all my name is Andy I am from Seminole Oklahoma  I have been playin the game for a while now and love it I use an Oklahoma joes side box I also have a char broil commercial grill for those quickie dog and burger projects . I just tried cold smoking cheese for the first time yesterday it went quite well think I just developed a new habit still gonna keep up the meat habit though lol

I just bought a few pounds of cheese today.  Great cold smoking weather here this time of year.  No ice required yet.

Welcome you oh rockhauler. smoked cheese rocks, get it "rocks". Anyway just dont get over to part where they talk about brewing beer here on the forum. Nothing like a good home brew and smoked cheese. "UP IN SMOKE" from Texas
