My name is Rich and I live in northern Wisconsin, I have a Cookshack, Traeger and the newest toy is a large Big Green Egg.

Found you looking for bacon info, that's on my the top of my smoking list. I did just order an AMNS pellet & I know I have some instacure around here somewhere. I hope to get a butt brining tonight.

Back to surfing the bacon forum.

Welcome Rich!   I hope you get out on the ice before the season is over up north (if you ice fish that is). I love N WI mainly because of the fishing and hunting but there sure are a lot of ticks!
