Hi, My name is Rex and I live in northwest Illinois.I started smoking meat a few months ago after I converted an old fridge a few months back and have smoked a couple hundred pounds of meat since. I have smoked deer baloney,deer summersausage,jerky,pork bellies,pork loins,fresh ham,and pork ribs. Everything has turned out great. Many of my friends love all the samples. I'm really glad I found SMF,it eliminated many learning curves.
