Just getting started with the forum stuff, and have been using the internet quite a bit to get ideas.
I started smoking a couple of years ago using a side fire box grill. Last August I stepped up to a Traeger Taxas wood pellet machine.
We will propbably never cook in the house again. I have made everything with and can't use it enough.
My pride and joy is my beef brisket. All the family and friends go crazy for it.
