Hi all. My apologies, I thought I had all ready been in here and introduced myself. I am from Canada, Southern Alberta to help narrow it down a bit. I have been hunting and making sausage for close to 20 years. Always with the same group of guys so my buddy had the smokehouse, I had the stuffer, other guy had grinder,....group effort. Well I moved to the city and have been wanting a smokehouse for quite a while. Been doing a lot of reading on this forum. Lots of good info here. I now have built a smoker, and look forward to trying out some of what I have learned. Will share some "q view" as I get going.
