This is a picture of my new smoker during our first smoke with meat today with a small batch of Pork and Beef sausage. Wanted to do a test run before I do my venison. I finally am able to smoke without waiting for my buddy to be doing a batch and hauling everything to his place. Just wanted to thank everyone here. I don't do a lot of posting, but have read and learned a lot from this forum that made this possible. Thanks again.
