New to the smokingmeatforums. Wanted to find a place where I can pick experienced smokers brains and share some thoughts of success I may have.
I just bought the Camp Chef 18-inch Smoker (propane). I will be putting it together some time this week. Looking forward to making my own rub, smoking anything I can get my hands on, etc.
