Thread Starter

Hello my name is Don Drollinger, I live in Raleigh North Carolina. I'm currently enrolled at the Art institute of Raleigh/Durham as a Culinary student. I have two weber charcoal grills, the 18 inch, and 22.5, I have very limited experience smoking meats, but have been bitten by the bug, and I am up for any task I can afford. I was told about this forum, by my neighbor who swears by this site.
