Hi everyone! Scott from upstate NY. I am just getting started with smoking and have a SH38208 smoker. Plan on using this for as many items as I can. It will come in handy for summer up to camp when 4wheeling and winter

when snowmobiling.

I have been reading quite few of the posts here and all are quite informative. Looking forward to many happy years of smoking!

That would be the 'true' upstate NY, 30 miles from the Canadian border. The city is it's own little world for us.

Don't believe so. I have quite a bit of family in the area but none that 'smoke'. My mom and stepdad live in Bridgeport so I am down your way quite a bit.
