Im gonna be starting my smoke house build soon and wondering if there is woods that I dont want to use in my build. Im going to be doing ribs so the temps will be higher.
Any woods to steer clear of?

Do a search on wood smokehouses up in the search box. There are a bunch of threads on the subject. Some guys have made them out of plywood.
