Dang looks great.

Sucks about the smoker. Atleast you can build or buy another one.

Wow.  Twice -- once for the food and once for the lost smoker.

do you have another one yet?  I lost my hog rotisserie I stored at a friends house 3 years ago, found it wraped around of what was left of an oak tree a mile away

Man that looks like a great smoker you lost. Hope you have found a replacement for it.

Last week I bought a Masterbuilt XL propane smoker to get me going. I have been seasoning it the last few days. Eventually, I will build another 8'.

Glad you are okay. You can always replace a smoker. I'm from Joplin also. My family still lives in Carterville and Webb City. I went up in October to see all the damage and was completely floored by the destruction. My family was luckily spared from the disaster. My sister owns Henkles Ace Hardware in Webb City and they have really been working hard on the rebuild of Joplin. I lost eight friends in the tornado and many more friends lost their homes and everything.

If you ever need anything. Go to the Ace Hardware in Webb City and tell Cris Henkle, my sister, to get you whatever you need. Just tell her that her big brother said to take good care of you. She could probably help you out with a great deal on a new smoker.

If there is anything else we can do to help, just ask.

Good luck on the restoration.

The blonde in the photo with the Ace shirt is my sister.
