Are you looking for store-bought or online spice blend or marinade availability, or do you want to make your own blends?

I use mostly my own blends, probably 99% of the time, and this gives you the best assurance and control of what's going into your food enhancements.

If there's a particular type of meat you want to marinade or dry rub, chances are good that there are multiple recipes posted here on the forums or wiki. We can help you find them. I have a ton posted here myself, and there are lots of others who post theirs as well.

I'm very partial to home-made blends, so I would be happy to help you with those. Jeff may have something available in his arsenal of recipes HERE at SMF that you might be interested in, as well.

Try this... It is Mild and compliments different style sauces well...Just about any Sauce recipe will work as long as it is only thickened by Reduction and avoid any sauce that uses Soy Sauce or Malt Vinegar, some Celiac's are sensitive to the small amounts of Gluten...For Worcestershire Sauce use American made Lea & Perrins only and Heinz Ketchup, both are Gluten Free...There are many great recipes here and lots of people to help ...JJ
