After looking at all the buck board bacon pictures, I just had to try it. I got a little ahead of myself and only took a couple pictures.

Great looking BBB!!!  You'll never look back -- that's for sure.

We just had some this morning under our eggs benedict; man, that smokey goodness and BBB texture is perfect for that dish!

Congrats on a nice success!

Looks dang good, and this oh boy has the same problem about getting ahead of myself on the pic thing. "UP IN SMOKE". I actually have 10lbs curing and will go in the smoker in the morning for a 6 hr smoke. can't wait.

Your BBB looks like it came out great!!!! I have been making BBB since December.....and I will never buy store bought again !!!! Its to easy to make and to cheap....Bacon cost 5.00 a pound at WW has no flavor....and is mostly fat...I just love the way BBB comes out!! I just smoke my 3rd batch and it was the best so far...Yours looks great, keep on smoking.....
