I am from Edmonton Alberta Canada! We have had a pretty mild winter this year but it can get very windy and cold so I usually don't smoke much in the winter but research different rubs and sauces for when i fire it up again! I have been smoking a little over a year now and love ti compared to plain grilling!! The wife says I am a bit heavy with the smoke but still learning all the tricks.
I have done some pork shoulder, ribs, wings and the favorite is the ground jerky!
with the nice weekend coming up I am going to try and get some jerky made!
