IMG_9011.JPG dragons breath Sep 24, 2014 The geometry of the door only required one counter weight. IMG_9015.JPG dragons breath Sep 24, 2014 I finished the lower grill surface in the smoker. IMG_9019.JPG dragons breath Sep 24, 2014 The cooking area on the grill is ready to try out. I committed to cooking 50 turkeys for thanksgiving. That gives me a deadline and that's what I needed to finish this project. Between this unit and my other smoker and 4 deep fryers I think I can pull it off. I just have to fab all the gingerbread and I'll be done. Yeah!
