We had another great group of kids this weekend and they really put out some great brunch items. This group of kids is 14-16 years old and they love cooking  

Here is the gang working on a cheesy grits recipe 

This one is a great Frittata recipe with red potatoes and spinach

Here is the cheesy grits with bacon, sausage and cheddar cheese soup - man this stuff is good

Here is an Eggs Benedict that was executed perfectly

This is a Blueberry Coffee Cake that was mighty tasty

They also made some maple sausage using fresh ground pork and maple syrup and fresh spices but the pics did not come out

We did a whole crepe class with them last year - that was a blast. It is amazing what you can put in a crepe.

It is a great brunch Gary,the food that these kids are cocking is yummy .tell them 

 and well done from your friend in Africa . i think you do a amazing work with the kids
