Hello from Europe

Hi all

Just been found this site and looks to be lots to read as I've just got a Brinkmann smoker and not too sure on how to make the best of it. I'm English but currently live in Germany and just can't wait to go back to the US to get smoked food as its not as easy to come by over here so thought better do some of my own.

to SMF. You should be able to find answers to all your questions here. It's a great bunch of folks here, and they will be more than willing to help you out if needed.

I agree with boykjo Germany has the best beer in the world, wish I had some right now. Don't know about the smoking over there but they definitely know what they are doing when it comes to sausage. I grew up in the military and have been to Germany many times. Food/wine/beer was exceptional there.

Whole bunch of fellow smokers here… you'll have plenty of company!
