My wife says I officially went over the deep end...

A trip to the Dollars store, and my Irish potato scoop...

Before

After 3 hours with 10 lbs of assorted other cheese and the AMPS

The color was slightly enhanced, but man, do those things suck up the smoke.. and the jalapeno flavor really kicks up.

There are none left.

ignore the egg shells in the sink... those went into potato pancakes.

Gonna have to throw some in the next time it's fired up. Thanks for the idea. I'll have to tell my wife that everyone does it or she will have me locked up.

LMAO and here I thought I was the only one with a wife that thought I was nuts. Wish I had a pic of her expression when I went to smoke the cream cheese. 

LOL i showed this to my wife and she said is this the same guy that smoked peeps and chocolate?

I've got a batch of Gyulai Kolbász cold smoking now...I'm going to the Dollar Store to pick up 4 more bags as soon as it opens!

I'll have to break out the monster colander this time.

My seven year old daughter just said" Daddy what if we did the cheese puff thing and wrapped bacon around them?" Now she's nuts too!
