Hello gents,

I am having a BBQ in a month or so with a group of my friends here in Las Vegas.

I will be hosting the event and will be doing 90% of the cooking/smoking/grilling.

Here is my menu so far.

Pork Spare Ribs (3-2-1)

Fried and Smoked chicken wings

twice baked potatoes

smoked mac and cheese (recipe is AWESOME)

pork shots (rub/brown sugar style)

kielbasa, kishka

smokey turkey spread (recipe I came up with two years ago.

Any other items that you think would be nice/different?

Any input is good input.

Thanks

Sounds like you got it covered!  Great menu,  you'll be cooking for days but it will be worth it.  I was going to recommend a smoked ham spread but you are doing it with the turkey!   Maybe some ABTS (with habs) if you want a little zip in there somewhere

The only thing I would add is an invitation to me...

Copy that.

I will add coleslaw, and baked beans.

I have never made ABTs or pork shots. I have saw many ways/recipes. Any suggestions?

Also anyone got a killer baked beans recipe?

thanks

I made ABT's for the first time for hubby to take to duck camp! Guys love those things and they are pretty easy to make. Just like fatties, your imagination is your only limit. I like the idea of collard or some type of greens.

As far as a killer baked bean recipe, I just make a simple one, but we absolutely love Smoked Three Bean Casserole and I'll be happy to share it if you want.

Good luck and hope all turns out well!
