Just ran across this forum and looks like a good place to hang out. I have been smoking meat for about 30 years. I have several smokers. My two favorites are my Lang and my Southern Pride. I have some smaller smokers/grills of various size and shapes. Always looking for new recipes and techniques. Thanks for allowing me to hang out,

A couple of my smokers, Lang with about 144 leg quarters. Southern pride with a fattie and ribs.
