M name is Rob and I live in Waterloo, Ive been smoking ribs on my propane BBQ for a year or so. I bought a master forge vertical smoker this week and started into harcoal smoking. I smoked beer can chicken today for the first time and had great results, mainly due to what i have learned from this site this week. I managed to maintain 250-300 degrees without any mods on my smoker. Might try to smoke a fatty tomorrow and ribs for super bowl sunday.
