I DID THIS ACOUPLE OF WEEKS AGO BUT HEARD NO RESPONSE:    BUT MY NAME IS BRIAN,  IM FROM BILLINGS MONTANA.   IV'E BEEN SMOKIN FOR A FEW YEARS NOW BUT WANTING TO EXPAND ON MY KNOWLEDGE.  I'M IN TE PROCESS OF BUILDING A BIG SMOKER, MOSTLY TO KICK THE COMPETITION AT THE FAIR WITH MY TURKEY LEGS. I LIKE TO EXPERIMENT AND TRY TO CREATE SOMETHING NEW ,  SOMETHING IVE NEVER TASTED BEFORE,  AND BETTER THAN IV'E HAD AT LOCAL PLACES
