I purchased a Memphis Pro pellet grill in August of last year.
Been a smokin' fool ever since.
Done a couple Briskets (first not so good, 2nd excellent), Chickens, Turkeys for Thanksgiving, Ham, Bacon, ABT's,
Pizzas, Peach Cobbler, Pork shoulder for pulled pork. Haven't missed too many weekends of smoking since then.
Got two Pork Shoulders injected, rubbed and ready to go on tonight.
Pulled pork samiches for the SB. Um Um good.
