I just finished the E-Course and I have to admit, I learned alot. Thank you Jeff for putting this together and I'm looking forward to trying your Rib Rub!

Same here. I just finished the course and my wife really learned a lot. Last night we went to Sam's Club and got all the secret ingredients for your rub and sauce.  We are really looking forward to using what we learned this weekend with pork butts and ribs.

I'm waiting my 3rd part of the e-course.   So far,  I think it is excellent.  Thanx alot.
