Saurkraut--(Inside the sausage)

I love both kraut and sausage,brats,you name it. Ive got to thinking, couldnt a guy mix saurkraut into the brats, or sausage when mixing it? havent found a good recipe yet, anyone have one to share?

Yes it can be done. I have not done it yet because i have gotten kraut sausage from edgewood meat locker in Iowa that was very good.

I dont see why not you can stuff anything in a caseing if you cant find a resipe make one up..

think about how many LBS of Sausage you want to make and then I think I would do it by weight

with cheese my resipe is 1LB of high melt cheese to 10 Lbs of Sausage something like that

Nice Idea and Edgewood is only a couple of hours away from me. I may need to make a road trip

If nepas can do it from Savannah, Georgia I should be able to do it from West Liberty, Iowa
