    I am new on here and I do a hell of a good job on Fish.I have a SmokeyMountain  Propane Smoker.I need to know the Temps and Brines for the stuff in the Title.

I agree with Al - your questions are a little too general - we can address specific questions pretty quickly but these are just too general

Went to profile and can't see where I can do anything for my profile.

Here are the directions for you and thanks for doing this for us 





1.                Click on "My Profile"

2.                Click on "Edit Community Profile"

3.                Fill in or Edit the "Location" field
