I'll be looking forward to the add ons. You got an awesome rig as it is. I really like the way you did the counter weights. The whole thing is really cool. Well done!!

You've got so much cooking space on it that those ribs look lonely.

Great job!

Wow it has been some time since I was last on here. I have some additional pictures I will add of the smoker in action. The smoker, for my first one turned out better than I could have ever imagined. It cooks beautifully! We have won a few competitions with it already, cooked for 2 weddings and hopefully add a few more this coming summer. Sorry it has been so long since I've been on here, just got busy and kind of forgot but i am doing 2 smoker builds at the same time starting hopefully in the next 2 weeks! Both smokers will be 250 gallon tanks mounted on trailer, one is for my dad and the other is for me, so naturally I have to paint it a crazy color and make it really stand out! I have big plans for both so look forward to seeing rotating shelving, reverse flow and a few other goodies!

Hi, I live in Sioux Falls was wondering if you know where a guy can get a 150 or 200 gal propane tank. hard to find them around here -- thanks!!
