I started smoking these ribs at 12:30 today along with two small pork butts.

I'll make the final pics available after I eat a few, but here are a couple just before I take them out.

Really looks great.  The only beef ribs I can find would qualify as shiners!

I use my special mix of pure maple syrup, cinnamon, apple juice bringing to a boil while adding my dry rub made of dark chili powder, dark brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, onion flakes, and smoke powder.  For the last hour I mop the ribs with the sauce.  They always turn out looking like that. It's the maple syrup that probably makes them shine.

The first pictures at the top were before I mopped them one hour before I took them out of the smoker.

Thanks Al,  I went to bed at 5:00 am this morning and finished off the ribs at 4:00 am. They were really irresistible and as good as they looked.
