I started smoking these ribs at 12:30 today along with two small pork butts. 

I'll make the final pics available after I eat a few, but here are a couple just before I take them out.

Now thoses are some good looking ribs. I love a good set of beef ribs o.
 
Here's the other half of dinner.  This was two pork roast that I also made for the rest of the family.

Really looks great.  The only beef ribs I can find would qualify as shiners!
I use my special mix of pure maple syrup, cinnamon, apple juice bringing to a boil while adding my dry rub made of dark chili powder, dark brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, onion flakes, and smoke powder.  For the last hour I mop the ribs with the sauce.  They always turn out looking like that. It's the maple syrup that probably makes them shine.

The first pictures at the top were before I mopped them one hour before I took them out of the smoker.
