The finished product.  It sat wrapped in foil in a cooler for around 2 hours.  Thanks for all the help preparing for my first brisket.

Nice job!   ..................one small suggestion.  I think you cut with the grain and that is why it cut a little stringy.  Always against the grain with brisket.  Either way you have me hungry.  Thanks for the pics.
