OK then here is another one you might like- put the asparagus in a dish and cover with a little balsamic - garlic and olive oil and let it sit for about 30 min then grill it -
That is the only way we eat asparagus around here!!!! fantastic!!

Yeah Todd, been having some real nice smokes with Pecan lately............including with your new pellet smoker I got recently. Might be my go to wood from now on.
Pecan is definitely my wood for now. Just smoked some tilapia with it and it was out of the park. The pellets are so much better than the pecan chips I used in the past.
I've grilled asparagus with parm cheese for years, now I have to try Scarbelly's recipe. Sounds great.
