Howdy Folks, Thanks for the Invite, I am not really new to Slow & Low cooking, had the Bug for a while now, But alway's up to any input from the Pit Masters out there, been cooking on a grill (gas&coal) for many years, but got in to S&L with my first offset Charbroil "New Brumfeils" smoker, (out grew that after a year) but was able to get my 1st tast of doing a 10# brisket, pork butt, countless of Tri-tips, and BBribs & Sribs, and a few birds. So I found the Charbroil, Bigger Offset smoker some guy bought at Wally World, and used it 2 times and then stuck it in his warhouse for 21/2 years, I got it for $100 clams, it still had the sticker on it..Score!..cleaned it up, new light coat of Fire Black paint. Looked brand new...Bigger Score.! then I got a Up right Charbroil water bath Smoker from FleaBay, for $70 clams,brand New, So first thing seasoned it for 2hrs, and there goes more Ribs (boss's wanted me to cook for them) few tri-tips and then 1 more brisket, over time. So now I am waiting for FedEx to show up with my new MB wide Propane smoker..YEEHAA..and a Maverick et-732 Probe..Yes my front yard has SS gas grill, offset smoker, charbroil charcoal grill, vertical water smoker, and now new to the family (soon) a Masterbuilt XL Wide smoker...My boss says it looks like I should have a drive Thru installed soon..NOT.!...
