Ok it was real windy so this did not go as good as I would have liked it to but it made a great meal.  This was off a big male boar and we were looking for a non traditional way to cook it.

We have shot 7 segments total this in number two I think you will see the finished product on the last few shots are very polished compared to these first few ones.

I have been doing it for only about a year now I like it especially baking outdoors.

Nice video.  I have always roasted and baked in mine.  I need to try this one.  I have only been at it a 1/2 year and not as often as I should.

Rbranstner, It takes camp food to a new level.  You can make some Bad A$$ desserts while you are eating your main course.  You can't buy just one.  I have the 12" and the 8".  Main course and side in two pots, plus you can bake dessert in one of them while you are eating your main course. Have someone work an ice cream ball while dinner is cooking and you can have warm cake and ice cream for dessert.  Great if you are camping with kids.

We bake pies in ours all the time I put a post once here in the Dutch Oven section.

Another great video EJ - can we get your autograph now so it wont cost so much

The one next week is my favorite so far we have filmed 7 spots and have 5 more planned.  After that we are going to do a series on BBQ dishes.

Each video gets better EJ! Your really doing a great job with this!
