First he puts the small sausage chub in his new jerky shooter still in the plastic wrapper, now he's smoking cheese in the wrapper....

Y'all ain't gettin' it... he's showing us how to save time when we're making sticks and smoked cheese...this brings a whole new meaning to 'time saving steps'!

Wait a minute your suppose to take the wrapper off. Bummer now I have alot of dark brown cheese and I have to do it all over again.

I know?

He is smoking in the wrapper to save money on FoodSaver bags?

How else does he afford all those toys?

Good luck and good smoking.

Ready for fridge.

I read somewhere that the USA is one of the few countries that puts their cheese under cold? Others just leave it out.
