Great looking kielbasa!

Isn't it great to have fun doing something like this and have the reward of getting to eat something delicious as a result?

Good old-fashioned polish kielbasa has a few basic essentials: meat (traditionally pork), salt, pepper, garlic & optionally, marjoram. Add cure if smoked.

The SPC or NFDM would be used if one is using a combination of meats.

Heh those really do look nice. A very nice color to them

I like the hanging wire clips too. Where did you get them?

Thanks! The hooks are some fancy shower curtain hooks that my wife had stashed. She gave them to me to use and they ended up working really well.

Looks good! I want some!
Though is your wife going to be upset that all her sweaters smell like sausage?

Thanks! She was aware that I was using it. I wiped it down good when I was finished, so hopefully I won't hear any complaining, not to mention it has not been cold enough here to wear a sweater this winter.
