Just found these pics on cell phone from XMAS eve.....The pics will explain how I just found these on my cell phone....
Got a ham, smoked it for a few hours on the Char Griller with SFB. Made a glaze that Paula Deen would have been proud of, 3 years ago....
I put the rub on and put back in the fridage for a day,
Then went to stock up on my cooking assistants:
Pulled out the ham a hour or so before the smoke :
Put it on:
Got to a good temp and tended to it as needed: (I know not to use it but it was the perfect temp!)
Started to whip up glaze (hence the Paula Deen reference)
Had a quick meeting with my assistants:
Mr Beef, Mr Beam, Mr Pabst and myself decide it was done:
It was a precooked ham (is that cheating?) but it tasted GREAT. Plus it gave the guys a reason to get out of the house and hang by the grill.
