Well, I have been lurking around the forum for a bit of time without introducing myself, Just thought it was time, and this forum is amazing!! Thank you to all for sure!
Im a true backyarder and grew up on cherrywood smoked kielbasa, venison, periogi, and fresh picked papinky Mushrooms, they look alittle like shitake.."Firemen's" style grilled chicken, Stegmaier & Yuengling lagers..all from good ol. NE Pennsylvania, Wilkesbarre/Scranton/Pocono
Got a smoker, got Jeff's recipes...got the forum at my back... Good to go! Read this site everyday, to learn something new from everyone, and love the taptalk on the iphone, works really well. Dont care what nature throws at me, I will be out there .......... I have alot of neighbors to feed.Lol!!!
