I say for my first smoke it turned out good...    it was 2.75 hrs at 210*F-230*F   Its getting colder here now so it was getting difficult to keep the temp the same the whole time.... I also was only using the temp on the smoker itself.  This morning I ordered a Maverick ET-7 I will have it for the weekend when I plan to smoke a fatty or some chickens.

I also turned the heat to up to get the marks..... why I dont know but I just thought I should... the hungerian was slightly over cooked in my opinion... but like I said...FIRST TIME.... I have a lot to learn to yet....

Thanks Guys!!  I am planning my next smoke as I type...Perhaps ribs.... I am trying to figure out what I can smoke that cooks at the same temp?  Any ideas for me?
