That looks great. Excellent entryThumbs Up

Thanks for the tutorial.  I will be doing that one day when I want to impress someone.  Very nice and I like the puff pastry idea,  Looks like you could eat it like a sandwich or maybe a perogie!  Maybe a bit of mushroom white gravy?

Wow, Scott those look fantastic! I'll have to try those one of these days.

That was a great post.  I'm always looking for new less boring dishes.  I'll be sure to make these this weekend.  Where do I find the puff pastry?  Is it in the freezer section with bread and pizzas?  Thanks again.  Please feel free to send me the secret spice recipe.

You caught my wifes attention when you finished it with puff pastry.  It is going on my list, possibly to be finished in a dutch oven camping.

Thanks for sharing.  Just made my own.  Marinated mine in Italian dressing (meh). My own Italian chicken marinade (much better).  Stuffed one with garlic cloves, spinach, black olives, mushrooms and feta.  The other with garlic cloves, black olives, yellow and red peppers, blue cheese and a little bit of Alfredo sauce.
