The brisket, much like the Packers receiver corps, is stalling. I hope both come to their senses and start to pick up the pace soon.

Well, at least the brisket and chuckies looked great!  

   I really like that idea about the veggies on the chuckies, good idea for next time.

Thanks Frosty. I like the way the meat picks up the flavors of the veggies without being overwhelming.
