I don't know what made me decide to get into this but all of a sudden I have the desire to start experimenting with smoking. I don't even like to cook but this is something that interests me. I want to start making ring bologna and smoking some cheese. I purchased the #12 professional grinder / stuffer from Gander Mountain and the 30" Masterbuilt digital electric smoker. I am going to attempt my first batch of ring bologna on Sunday. Hopefully it goes well and I decide to try some other things. I have been reading here for the past week and I have already learned a lot and hope to continue learning.

Nothing like jumping right in.

Welcome to the party!

If you're just starting, I suggest you sign up for the free 5  Day eCourse elsewhere on the site.  It gives you a good foundation to start your new addiction.

Curt.
