The wife decided she wanted ribs for dinner.  Picked up a pack of some good looking BB's and prepared them last night and put them on at 11am this morning.  Using a combination of Hickory and Cherry for the smoke and trying to hold 225 ish

After 2 hours at  225-235.  A little windy so it's hard to keep it perfect.

Wrapped (with some Apple Juice) and back on for a couple more hours.

More to come as they cook.

Looks great, nice smoke ring.  What did you think of them?

I honestly thought they were the best I've done.  I've only been smoking meat for 6 months or so and this was only the 4th time I did BB's.  It get's much easier with practice, I can tell you that.  The whole smoke went very smooth and the flavor was awesome!  I tweaked the rub to our personal liking and used Cherry for 2/3's of the time, instead of straight hickory.  I really think that made a difference.

Can't wait to do it again!
