Smoked my favorite today...... Chicken thighs marinated for two days in John Henry's pecan rub......   Smoked with hickory on my modified Braunfel reverse flow offset.....

Thighs marinated

on the smoker

smoked for three hrs at 275

A peek about 45 min before finished

Some Bearveiw....... So good..... That's all I have to say about that..(Forrest Gump).

Yep...... I heard they put it on ice cream... I buy 10 lbs at a time..... ribs are awesome with it......
