I am new to this forum but not new to smoking or grilling. I live in Kasson, MN just outside of Rochester. I have a Smoke Hollow electric which is on its last leg and a MES 30 with the window on is way to replace the ailing SH. I have done some cooking with chips on my Weber at home and my Magma at the marina. Our favorites would be ribs and jerky made from tenderized steaks. Oh and Chickens and Turkeys. We have 4 smokers within 5 houses on either side of the street in our neighborhood. It has become normal to pull down our street and smell someone smoking something..
