First off welcome To SMF. You'll like this place for there are alot of good folks here that would just love to help with just about anything to do with smoking meat. So you will find alot of good advice, techniques, and recipes here for some really great smoked goods. So if you are really new to smoking meat then I would recommend that you take the E-Course for free and it will give you the basics of smoking meat. So with all that said all you nee to do is go out and get something to smoke and SMOKE it.
