Just signed up am from Minneapolis and just started smoking. We recieved an electric smoker form www.smokin-it.com for Christmas and it is one heck of a nice smoker.
On my off days I have been busy loading it up with meat and smokin' away. I have done ribs, salmon, chicken leg quarters and a 7 lbs pork shoulder all have turned out great!
I Love the website and have learned lots from it already and will be ordering the rub and sauce rcipes in the very near future. Thanks for all the free info!!! ~ Kevin
