I split a corned beef in half

Made Reuben Soup out of 1/2 and a Pastrami out of the other 1/2.

It looks great Todd! That's really fast for pastrami, mine usually take anywhere from 8-15 hours. What IT did you take it to.
 
Gotta remember, I split a Corned Beef Brisket in half, so the piece was kinda thin

It was a last minute thing

IT was 185°

Next time I'll do a real pastrami!
